Rooted 75 was created by Tyfany as a free, Christ-centered community for people who want to build healthier habits and grow closer to God together.
Hi! I’m Tyfany, and I’m so grateful you’re here.
Whether we’ve known each other for years or this is our very first introduction, I want to personally welcome you to Rooted 75.
I’m a wife, mom, and follower of Christ who is passionate about building healthier habits, growing in my faith, and helping others do the same. Like many of you, I’m still learning, growing, and trusting God one day at a time.
I created this community because I wanted to build healthier habits while growing closer to God, and I knew I couldn’t be the only one looking for a community that desired the same. My hope is that we’ll challenge one another, encourage one another, and walk this journey together with Christ at the center.

Encouragement and access should not depend on a price tag.
This group is completely free because I don’t believe we should have to pay to be encouraged, inspired, or grow through God’s Word.
My prayer is that this becomes a place where people feel seen, supported, and reminded that they never have to walk alone.
I’ve always loved Bible studies because there is something special about growing alongside other believers. There is strength in community, and sometimes it is easier to stay faithful and consistent when you have people praying for you, encouraging you, and reminding you to keep going when life gets hard.
God does not only call people who have everything together.
If I’m being honest, I never imagined creating something like this. For a long time, I believed I wasn’t qualified to lead or share God’s Word.
But over the past few years, God has been teaching me that He does not only call people who have everything together. Throughout Scripture, He used ordinary people who were simply willing to say yes to Him.
I don’t claim to have all the answers, and I certainly don’t have it all figured out. I’m simply answering a calling that I believe God has placed on my heart. My prayer is that everything we do here points people to Jesus—not to me.
No matter where you are in your relationship with God.
Whether you’re just beginning your faith journey or you’ve been walking with Jesus for years, this is a place to learn, grow, ask questions, build healthy habits, encourage others, and be encouraged yourself.
Come honestly
You do not need to pretend you are stronger, more consistent, or further along than you are.
Grow intentionally
Use Scripture, prayer, reflection, and practical habits to take faithful action.
Give encouragement
Do not only ask what the community can give you. Ask who you can strengthen today.
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him.”
Colossians 2:6–7
